Staying fit and staying healthy are the two key components for runners to be able to sustain themselves throughout the training process and prepare for upcoming races. To help participants prepare for the Memorial Day Marathon Races, we have partnered with Joy Bauer of The Today Show on NBC as our Official Nutrition and Training Partner.

Joy Bauer, a nationally recognized nutrition expert will be providing nutrition tips to race participants throughout the training season. Additionally, Joy will be the host of our pre-race pasta dinner event at the Red Lion Inn on Saturday, May 25th.
